Terms of service

Effective 1 October 2026.

These terms form the agreement between you and Blasfame for any job bought from our rate card. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept the version of these terms published on the day you pay.

Back to the rate card

Who you are dealing with

  1. 01

Blasfame is a marketing business registered in Denmark. These terms are written in English and English is the language of the agreement between us.

  2. 02

You can reach us at hello@blasfame.com, which is the address for orders, questions, complaints and any formal notice under these terms.

  3. 03

These terms apply to every job bought from the rate card. The version that governs your job is the one published on the day you paid.

What you are buying

  1. 04

You are buying one named job at one fixed price, paid once. The card names the job, says what you get, says what we need from you, and says how many business days it takes.

  2. 05

Each job is a separate purchase. Buying one does not start anything, does not open an account, and does not commit either of us to anything else.

  3. 06

If you buy several jobs at once, the total is the prices added up. There is no bundle price and no discount for quantity.

  4. 07

Nothing renews. There is no retainer, no subscription, no minimum, no term and no notice to give, because there is nothing running to stop.

What you are not buying

  1. 08

You are not buying our time by the hour. The card publishes prices for jobs, not a rate, and we do not sell open ended work.

  2. 09

You are not buying advertising media. Your advertising spend is yours, it goes on your own payment method, and it is never part of any price on the card.

  3. 10

You are not buying software, hosting, domain names, subscriptions or platform fees. If a job needs a tool you do not have, we say so before you pay and you decide what to do.

  4. 11

You are not buying exclusivity. We work for other businesses, including in your industry. We will never use anything of yours for any of them.

Prices, currency and tax

  1. 12

Prices are in United States dollars.

  2. 13

Prices exclude value added tax and any other tax. Where tax is due it is shown on the invoice and added to the price.

  3. 14

The prices on the card hold until the date on the next card. When they change, the card gets a new effective date and the old one stops being quoted. A price you have already paid never changes.

Payment

  1. 15

We ask for payment before the work starts. You get an invoice and a payment link in the reply to your order.

  2. 16

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe and never reach us. We take bank transfer as well, and charges your own bank makes are yours.

  3. 17

We do not invoice after delivery, we do not keep a card on file, and nothing is ever charged automatically.

Turnaround, and what stops the clock

  1. 18

The turnaround printed beside each job is in business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Denmark, in Central European Time.

  2. 19

Turnaround is not working time. It is our queue and then the work.

  3. 20

The clock starts when your payment has cleared and everything the card lists under what we need for that job has arrived, whichever of the two is last.

  4. 21

The clock stops whenever we are waiting on you: material that has not arrived, access that has not been granted, access that stops working, or an answer we need before we can carry on. We tell you the same day it happens rather than letting the days run out quietly.

  5. 22

If we miss a printed turnaround for a reason that is ours, that job costs you nothing and we finish it anyway. You do not have to ask for that and we do not have to be reminded. We tell you on the day we know we are going to miss it, not afterwards.

  6. 23

Clause 22 does not apply where the delay is caused by you, by a platform outage, or by anything else outside our reasonable control.

What you supply

  1. 24

Every job on the card prints what we need from you. Nothing outside that list is needed to start.

  2. 25

What you give us has to be accurate. We write from what you tell us. We do not verify your prices, your claims, your stock, your opening hours or your legal position.

  3. 26

You confirm that anything you send us is yours to send: copy, images, logos, data, lists and account access.

  4. 27

Where a job involves sending email to a list, you confirm that the people on it agreed to be emailed and that you can show how.

Changes to delivered work

  1. 28

Every job includes one round of changes at no cost, if you ask within fourteen days of delivery.

  2. 29

One round means one message listing what is wrong, answered in one pass. It is not a conversation and it is not unlimited.

  3. 30

A correction is a change. A change of direction is not. If you decide you want something different from what you ordered, that is a different job at the price printed on the card, and we tell you which job it is before doing anything.

  4. 31

After fourteen days the work is treated as accepted.

Who owns the work

  1. 32

Everything we make for you is yours the moment your payment clears: the copy, the documents, the spreadsheets, the campaign exports, the files, all of it.

  2. 33

We keep no licence over it and we do not reuse it for anybody else.

  3. 34

We do not put your name, your logo or your work in a portfolio, a deck, a case study or a post, and we do not name you as a client anywhere.

  4. 35

Anything we owned before your job, such as our own checklists and internal templates, stays ours. Nothing in a delivery stops working because we keep them.

Advertising spend

  1. 36

Your advertising spend goes on your own payment method, in your own account, straight to the platform. We never hold it, never invoice it, and it never passes through our books.

  2. 37

We take no percentage of your spend, no markup on it, and no rebate, commission or credit from any advertising platform.

  3. 38

You decide what you spend. We can recommend a daily budget. We cannot set one you have not agreed to.

Accounts, logins and access

  1. 39

Every account, login, profile and asset we touch is opened in your name and stays in your name.

  2. 40

We ask for the smallest access a job needs, and only for as long as the job runs. We never change a password and we never remove anybody else's access.

  3. 41

You can revoke our access at any time, in a minute, without telling us first. If a job is still running when you do, the clock stops until it is back.

  4. 42

We do not share your logins with anybody outside Blasfame and we do not keep them anywhere other than in a password manager.

  5. 43

When a job is delivered we remove ourselves from anything we no longer need, and if you ask us to leave we are gone the same day.

What we do not promise

  1. 44

We do not promise a commercial result. No revenue figure, no ranking, no number of leads, no return on advertising spend, no conversion rate. Nobody honest can promise those, and we are not going to pretend otherwise to win a job.

  2. 45

What we promise is the thing printed on the card, on the day printed beside it, done by somebody who does this for a living.

  3. 46

We do not control search engines, advertising platforms, email providers or your customers. Their rules, their prices and their behaviour change without asking us.

Cancelling, and refunds

  1. 47

Cancel before we have started and you get all of it back, without being asked why.

  2. 48

Cancel after we have started and we refund the part we have not done, judged against the work log we keep for every job and send out with every delivery. We do not keep money for work we did not do.

  3. 49

If we read your order and think you have picked the wrong job for what you described, we say which one is right instead, before any money moves.

  4. 50

If we read your order and think the money is better spent somewhere else, or not spent at all, we say so and refund you rather than take the work.

  5. 51

Refunds go back the way the money came, within ten business days.

Work we will not take

  1. 52

We do not write anything we believe to be untrue, and we will not make a claim you cannot support if somebody asks you to.

  2. 53

We do not work on anything unlawful where you sell or where we work.

  3. 54

We can turn a job down for any reason. If we do, we refund you in full and tell you why.

Confidentiality

  1. 55

We keep what you tell us to ourselves: your prices, your figures, your plans, your customers, and anything else that is not already public.

  2. 56

That holds after the job ends, with no time limit, and it does not need a separate agreement on top of these terms.

  3. 57

It does not cover anything already public, anything you publish yourself, or anything we are legally required to hand over.

Liability

  1. 58

If we get something wrong, tell us. We will fix it, refund the job, or both.

  2. 59

Our total liability for any job is limited to the price you paid for that job.

  3. 60

We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, or any other indirect loss.

  4. 61

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Danish law.

  5. 62

You are responsible for what goes live on your own property. Read what we send you before you publish it.

If something goes wrong

  1. 63

Write to hello@blasfame.com setting out what happened and what you would like us to do.

  2. 64

We respond within two business days with the action we propose to take.

Law and courts

  1. 65

These terms are governed by Danish law.

  2. 66

Any dispute we cannot settle between us goes to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

  3. 67

If a court decides one clause here does not hold, every other clause still does.

Changes to these terms

  1. 68

We may change these terms for jobs bought in future. When we do, we publish the revised version with a new effective date.

  2. 69

The version that governs your job is the one published on the day you paid, and we will send you a copy of it if you ask.

  3. 70

A change to these terms never reaches back to a job already bought or already delivered.
